Return/Exchange Policy
We are so sorry you didn't like your jewelry!
Each return/exchange will be handled case by case. Please before you decide to return/exchange your item, and you will receive a response within seven days. All items must be returned unworn, in the original condition, in original packaging. If you do receive a refund, it will be less all shipping costs. Meaning, we are not responsible for any shipping expenses on your part. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. We are constantly updating our customers on their custom orders, so that there is no confusion on the appearance of the item.

We ship all of our orders USPS Priority Mail, and the shipping cost is $3.00. You should receive your package within 3-5 business days.
